The cover represents an artistic depiction of the results presented in the paper by Soria et.al. which demonstrates that the TRKN sequence of CCL5 and intracellular GAG are essential for the secretion of CCL5. The results also demonstrate that one of the mechanisms that mediate the secretion of CCL5 by breast tumor cells is based on the association of the 40s loop of CCL5 with intracellular GAG that make their way to the cell surface or to the cell exterior.
